Responsible for the installation, and support of email and radius systems. Planned and performed software upgrades and installations to ensure maximum service availability. Perform backups and system recoveries. Provided webhosting for customers administered through DirectAdmin webhosting control panel. Worked closely with Sr. engineering and management staff during all phases of the SDLC. Assists technical support technicians with issues beyond their scope of troubleshooting.
