      UR Stars is a platform that allows amateur sport teams to engage their supporters, build a community, and create a new monetization channel to support their operations.The problem is that amateur sport teams don't get funding like top-tier clubs and have a much harder time to finance their operations.They don't have the expertise, nor the headcount to maintain their online presence.UR Stars is a mobile app, where the community around amateur sport teams (players, supporters, family members) could keep up with the news around their favorite teams, see their results and next matches. The platform gave them a new revenue channel as supporters became able to support their teams with micro-donations.My main responsibility was to lead the product development, describe the product vision, hire developers, manage discovery and delivery of the product.After getting funding for the project, and building the MVP, we've hit some legal roadblocks, so eventually decided to move on from the project.
