  In addition to developing software for the company, I was assigned a major role in Cyber Assist to guests and colleagues alike across all departments. Cyber assist consisted helping out colleagues with difficulties in using computer various company systems and programs, and offering any technical assistance and guidance to hotel guests and conference conveners. This was part of the brand's holistic character development for its staff, being in the hospitality industry.
