      I worked as the Program Manager at Don Bosco Planning and Development Office, which is a Catholic, based NGO working for the young people in East Africa especially the marginalized communities- poor, street children, displaced youth and those orphaned by AIDS and victims of addiction. My job assignment was to support communities to plan, formulate and develop comprehensive development programs for the social-economic empowerment of the underprivileged in East Africa with focus on Technical Education, Community Development Projects i.e. Water, Health Care, Basic education and Humanitarian Interventions. My field of work both in Project Management and Entrepreneurship enhanced my skills in designing, planning, implementing, project monitoring and evaluation, entrepreneurship training, financial management and fundraising through project proposals.
