      I studied health and clinical nutrition. As an elective course I took biochemistry and nutritional physiology.During my studies I was active as a public speaker. I shared my experiences interning to promote my school to future interning and participated in a national radio program, where I discussed the history of the dietary recommendations. I also made a public presentation of my findings in my thesis.

      My main task at Estatum was to carry out a digitization project. This included structuring and running their document repository for employees and their investor website. My tasks included:- Contributing to the continuous development of the document archive’s setup and functionality by giving feedback and suggestions for improvement to Estatum’s internal IT developer. -- Scanning and digitally storing documents in the employee document repository as well as in the investor website.- Annually helping the finance department create digital tax returns for the investors and make them available to the investors via the investor website. - Occasionally editing small layout mistakes in the investor website by changing the HTML code.- Helping Estatum’s investors with technical difficulties regarding the investor website. This typically entailed generating new passwords or editing some of the investor’s information in the system.I enjoyed the independence of my work at Estatum. My time there working with the details of the IT systems usability has been one of the reasons why I have chosen to take a masters degree in digital innovation and management at the IT University of Copenhagen. As a student assistant who previously worked with marketing I now floated between departments helping where needed. Primarily I worked within the secretariat and the finance department. No two days were alike and I daily gained new experiences and got to work with many different people and departments. I quickly learned new tasks and managed several assignments at once.

      As 1. Assistant, I was in charge of opening and closing the store. I was responsible for the work of up to six employees at a time. My responsibility was mainly to delegate tasks to employees, quality control their work, and manage administrative tasks, such as ordering produce, having contact with the main office, administrating the safes and making sure the delivery invoices were correct. As responsible for our weekly offers, it was up to me to make sure our store received the amount goods that we were billed for and that the goods reached the shelves with a price tag on - on time. In addition, I participated in the daily operation of the store through various tasks such as ordering and maintaining the dairy section, bread department, grocery department and magazines. One of my main tasks however was servicing customers so they had a positive shopping experience.My time at Netto has taught me about what it means to be a good leader. I have experienced how things can come together when employees are motivated, respected and efficient. I have also experienced how workflow can be disrupted when the relationship between employees and their leaders are strained. As a leader I saw it as my responsibility to maintain a good atmosphere where the employees could succeed and grow as a team. This was most effective when there was an agreement between leaders and the store managers. Show less

      This was an eight week long internship facilitated by my school UCSJ.During this internship I counseled patients about dietary treatment of various diseases. In addition, I was responsible for teaching a two-hour long seminar for patients with cardiovascular disease and their families about a 'heart-healthy' diet. I found teaching the two hour long course exhilarating and it went very well by any standards.

      During this 3-month project position, I mapped the use of applications in a large project and developed guidelines and a governance model for its future development of applications. The objective was to align the project with the developing Enterprise Architecture and to lay the groundwork for enterprise wide application development guidelines. My main focus in the project was to include the perspectives of the relevant stakeholders into the alignment as well as compile, review and merge existing guidelines. Show less During my time as a Student Assistant, I worked with Business- and Enterprise Architecture at the office of Method and Technology. I was part of a Quality Management team who assisted projects with making sense of their processes through workshops and modeling the results into our quality management system as, for example, workflow models.Also being part of the Architecture team, I contributed to the development of the overall strategy for the organizations Enterprise Architecture, producing architecture artifacts and managing the prioritized schedule for deliverables in accordance with our departments overall strategy for the year.
