    • Activ Foundation

      Apr 2015 - Sept 2015
PA to the Chief Financial Officer

This role was to support the CFO with his meetings and reporting responsibilities, as well as support and liaise with the department heads that reported to him. This included the Chief Information Officer, the Payroll Team Leader as well as the head Accountants. This was at a time where a new payroll system was implemented, therefore there was a lot of support required for the Payroll Team Leader around managing the issues and complaints coming from staff. At the same time there was a new intranet put in place, based on Share Point. There were also a lot of teething difficulties with this project, and therefore the CIO also required support in managing this. Show less
