This included managing the customer and expectations after receipt of project plans, implementing these on site through our site foreman and the implementation teams, and reviewing daily progress reports while taking appropriate action to resolve any challenges that are identified. In addition, I also assisted the company director with the commercial side of the business securing new projects. The biggest project that I have managed to date was a nationwide roll out of over 450 stores in which I solely created and implemented a project plan from the day of tender through to completion.
