  During my embassy-internship, I experienced all elements of diplomatic life. I wrote, political, economic and environmental reports on national issues and went to conferences, meetings and (inter-)governmental presentations where I practiced the art of establishing and maintaining a network.

  From an operational point of view, I analyse and evaluate (the lack of) processes and procedures about the way Edenred Belgium interacts with its Customers, Merchants, and Users. Thereafter, I design and implement improvements, in close collaboration with internal and external (often IT) stakeholders. These improvements and stakeholder consultations all stem from an Agile mindset.
