  Worked as an IT Analyst in TCS in the domain of virtualization(Citrix, Nutanix frames). Handled the deployment of VMs in google cloud using GCP console and PowerShell scripts to classify VMs.Handled VM deployment in both GCP and on-prem data center set up. Handled change management activities including patching activities on weekends and joining the weekly client CAB change management calls to get approval for critical activities to be done in the account. Created change templates for normal patching changes in our project. In case of critical activities like DR(disaster recovery) for Nutanix frame I used to be available as and when required. I always try to give my best efforts for the betterment of the organization and myself. Joined the training activities arranged in TCS for skills development as and when required.
