  During my tenure at Systems Design Group from March 2019 to May 2021, I served as a Field Technician specializing in the inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems. I ensured full operational compliance with NFPA standards for systems including Gamewell FCI, Silent Knight, Notifier, and Fire-Lite.My key responsibilities included conducting detailed inspections and tests, meticulously completing NFPA inspection reports with 100% accuracy. This rigorous approach maintained system reliability and safety. I performed daily troubleshooting and testing, addressing both minor and major system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.I also tested purge systems, mass notification systems, and evacuation systems, ensuring all emergency systems were ready for activation. My role required being on-call for emergency service requests, providing efficient solutions under pressure.In addition to routine tasks, I worked on new installations at construction sites, handling wire pulling, device installation, and blueprint coordination.
