We tasked staff (200+) with identifying the top 10 skills necessary to complete their jobs on a daily basis. We then took it a step further and ask them to rate the level needed in each skill for each step in their job family's career ladder. This tool is currently being used to identify low and high performance levels, and to help develop training plans that will assist staff in progressing to their desired level of performance.
