  Took an idea and created an MVP out of it! We created an embedded product to connect offline LED Matrix displays to the web and deliver smarter advertising to the real-world.Some of the core projects that I worked on included:Display Video Controller (Verilog)> Written specification, HLA.> Written RTL using Verilog. Written test-cases and test benches. Simulated using Active- HDL.> Synthesized using Synplify, validated on Brevia2 board.Monochrome display driver (C Language)> Written specifications, design architecture. Designed and wrote communication protocol for controlling display state over MQTT. Implemented on STM32F1.Embedded Cloud controller (Python)> Designed HLA / system specifications. Designed, developed and tested event driven script to fetch data from server, communicate with Display Controller and interface with sensors. Implemented on Linux-based SoC.Video frame compression script (Python)> Implemented multiple algorithms to perform frame compression. Wrote test benches to check statistics such as frame compression/decompression time, loss in pixel colour space, reduction in stored frame size.Embedded Cloud software (Python)> Designed HLA /system specifications. Designed, implemented and tested event driven script for automated tracking of display locations. Designed and implemented protocol (on top of MQTT) for communication between server and display controller. Show less
