  • Led the development of the "Elements Rollback" feature, enabling users to recover their systems within a remarkably efficient 2-hour window, eliminating the need for re-registration, reconfiguration, or relicensing of Network Elements (NEs) in the event of system corruption. This vital functionality ensures rapid recovery, significantly enhancing user satisfaction while minimizing downtime.• Authored the backend Software Design Documentation (SDD) to expand REST endpoints for complete "Elements" backup and restoration.• Designed and implemented REST APIs for retrieving, uploading, and deleting SSL/TLS certificates within Elements. These certificates are integral for establishing secure LDAPS (LDAP over SSL) connections enhancing the overall security of the LDAP functionality. This feature allowed for real-time alarm generation based on user-defined models, enhancing situational awareness and decision-making.• Led Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) security enhancement in Elements backend services, addressing a critical security vulnerability. Introduced fine-grained control over access-control-allow-origin policies from the UI.
