  Designed and implemented a land-use planning strategy for environmental watch-dog, the EPA. Highlight: Revised two decade old policy for "separation distances" and influenced planning reform at a State level preventing vexed land-use conflicts, urban/industrial encroachment. Designed a $20M investment fund supporting business transition to zero waste. Fund focused on research & development, capacity building and capital funding in multiple industry sectors including auto, construction, material manufacturing and food & beverage. Consulted and advised hazwaste sector on funding opportunities for $30M HazWaste Fund program. Reviewed and assessed projects and recommended funding to advisory board. Technical and financial assessment of waste solutions, including financial due diligence.
