  As a Supervisor I maintain a portfolio of approx. 80 properties consisting both retail and office buildings. My main duties include supervising a team of 10 mobile engineers maintaining both PPM’s and reactive tasks. As a mobile engineer I was responsible for 7-10 properties. I had to manage all my properties in conjunction with each other to make sure all my PPM’s where completed each month. On top of this I had to make sure all reactive tasks that I received where completed in the time scale provided.
