       I have contributed to the AA Palestine Gaza team and partners to ensure the development of an innovative, focused emergency response programme which is donor compliant. Ensured that all Gaza programme activities have been developed through active participation and collaboration with partners and people living in poverty, and that they are implemented as planned. Supported AA Gaza Partners appraisal and selection process, the development of MOUs and of their detailed implementation plans Worked with AA Gaza Partners to strengthen monitoring capacity and their development of monitoring systems so that the outcomes of the activities can be assessed  Ensured the availability of data base includes high quality, sex disaggregated data, and the measurement of both quantitative and qualitative change Supported and guided AA Gaza partners to deliver good quality projects as per agreed time line and the project Plan, and ensure compliance with donor reporting  Ensured that all projects include a focus on women’s rights and women’s leadership in emergency response, recovery and resilience building Provided an on-going analysis and reporting on the extent to which women’s rights awareness and gender issues are fully integrated into the Gaza. Ensured that the Accountability to the Affected Communities (AAP) is institutionalised in the Emergency Response programme. Training and orientation provided to AA Gaza partners and volunteers to understand and implement Humanitarian standards Participated at inter-agency meetings including cluster meetings, Donors, UN, and relevant INGOs. Conducted several visits to CBOs to explore the feasibility to implement Youth Global and Local right Programme efficiently, continued coordination with other relevant UN, INGOs to avoid overlapping of Partners, Beneficiaries, and assistance provided.
