  Operations & MerchandisingLANDMARK – Rockhampton, Australia A key part of managing branch operations and merchandising, involved overseeing a team of 20 staff and a combined EBIT in excess of $3.5M with turnover for the combined branches exceeding $100M as the largest Livestock branch in Australia. I increased merchandise turnover from $1.6M at 9% margin to $21M at 21% in 11 years and increased EBIT to $2.1M (from just under $1M), successfully transforming the business to become the largest EBIT branch and largest EBIT Merchandise Branch in QLD and 4th largest EBIT branch and 7th largest EBIT Merchandise Branch in Australia.
