  During my University 4 year sandwich course I worked for De Vere Hotels. When I graduated with a BA (Hons) I joined Swallow Hotels (now Marriott) on their student Graduate Training Scheme. I worked around the UK, specialising in Food and Beverage and then taking on a deputy General Management role then General management for the last 3 years.

  Centre Manager

  I managed the operations of the community café and all the volunteer staff as well as the youth worker. The youth lounge was open in the evening and with the youth worker we would deliver the charitable aims of the charity. Those aims were to provide advise, educational and general support to the young people of the locality. We would run courses for those unemployed or not in education, work with fellow charities to ensure that young people gained experience not only in work but life skills to help them be the best they could be.   Regional Fundraising Manager, Cornwall

  Working in various roles until January 2016, then becoming a Regional Fundraising Manager in Cornwall. Prior to that, I started at the Charity in 2011 managing a centre, responsible for the day to day operation. The role expanded into taking on the charitable welfare work and fundraising.
