      The Transport Cluster includes Transport for NSW, Roads and Maritime Services, Sydney Trains, NSW Trains and STA Buses.Cluster wide responsibility for:Management of the 10 year Capital Investment Plan ( $60bn) for growth programs and asset management investments, including prioritisation and allocation of capital funds across the forward 10 years. $16.5 billion allocated and announced in the State budget for 15/16 alone.Management of the Portfolio of approved capital investments across the transport cluster. Responsible for the creation and performance of the cluster PMO.Developed and implemented Investment Prioritisation and Assurance framework, including the first cluster wide Gateway Assurance and Investment Review framework. Executive responsibility for the stakeholder management and senior level engagement with the Commonwealth Government for existing Commonwealth investments in New South Wales Transport projects and leadership and negotiation of all other funding proposals and submissions. Leadership of unsolicited proposals to Government involving transport assets and land , including leadership of the Brookfield proposal for Wynyard Station, Executive Steering Committee member with NSW Treasury and Department of Premier & Cabinet.Program Sponsor and Chair of the Executive Steering Committee for Transport Access Program, a $1bn plus program to improve accessibility at interchanges,stations and ferry wharves, involving more than 300 discrete projects across NSW.Member of the Executive Steering Committee for Asset Management and led the establishment of the first integrated Transport Asset Strategy addressing Asset Maintenance, Services and Operations, and Growth programs.Advise on investment and funding strategies directly to the Minister for Transport, Minister for Roads,Freight and Maritime.Contractual and Commercial advice on major transport programs both rail and road within the portfolio.
