Responsible for the creation and performance of the cluster PMO.Developed and implemented Investment Prioritisation and Assurance framework, including the first cluster wide Gateway Assurance and Investment Review framework. Executive responsibility for the stakeholder management and senior level engagement with the Commonwealth Government for existing Commonwealth investments in New South Wales Transport projects and leadership and negotiation of all other funding proposals and submissions.
