  Project coordinator of the Eurocities project "ImpleMentoring" - sharing knowledge and best practice about integration, equality and diversity issues with greater European cities. Running the EqualityCPH project in collaboration with external consultants- educating staff members to improve equal opportunities in city service and within the organization.Planning, developing and executing a 4 week course in discrimination and hate crimes for more than 60 local players within Copenhagen. The course continues throughout the fall and the goal is to build up the individual's capacity to detect discrimination, register the incidents and guide potential victims.Formulating political strategies on equality in general. Show less During my time at BIF I worked closely with the leader of the Bland dig i byen team to communicate the message of growth via diversity to companies, associations and organizations around all of Copenhagen. I've run the communication tasks along side the communication officer, doing several articles about the project and maintaining and upgrading our website.I've administrated, evalueted, and researched for this project to constantly make it better and still maintaining the political goals set by the Mayor.I've made budgets, and organized several events and conferences promoting the project and gaining people's knowledge of our presence.   I Decision Design har jeg det overordnede ansvar for virksomhedens analytiske arbejde og strategiske planlægning samt forretningsudvikling. Mit hovedformål er at udvikle adfærdsanalyser og interventioner (nudges) på baggrund af en tværvidenskabelig tilgang, der kombinerer viden fra adfærdsøkonomiens og psykologiens verden. Jeg udvikler og eksekverer undervisning, workshops og foredrag for små og store private såvel som offentlige virksomheder. Til dags dato har jeg holdt foredrag for mere end 1000 deltagere, heriblandt Center for Ledelse, Topdanmark og Novo Nordisk. Jeg har haft hovedansvaret på projekter for bl.a. Energistyrelsen, hvor vi afdækkede beslutningsprocesserne for flere forskellige målgrupper med det formål at styrke Energistyrelsens viden på området til brug i fremtidige oplysningskampagner. Vi afdækkede myter og udarbejdede konkrete anbefalinger til effektive interventioner (nudges) overfor den pågældende målgruppe. Derudover har jeg haft hovedansvaret i diverse projekter bl.a. om henkastet affald for Manchester City Council (UK) til senere brug i oplysende kampagneindsats, om forsikringssalg for Topdanmark, om madspild i kantine med 400 medarbejdere, om forøgelse af personalets uhensigtsmæssige vaner på Nyt Hospital Nordsjælland og om flertalsmisforståelser for Danhostel Copenhagen City.   I am running Modul 3 on Aros' MasterClass in Psychology and the 2-day course in Nudging and Behavioural Design. I am teaching participants from all kinds of private and public companies in Denmark how to understand and utilize behavioural design principles in their own line of work. My aim is to make the participants autonomous behavioural designers, adding value to their organizations through understanding human behaviour, how to change it and how to design effective interventions.
