      Provide metallurgical advice to improve the productivity of operating circuits at various mineral processing operations, in particular lateritic nickel and mineral sands. More specifically:- Reagent mixing, dosing and application strategies to reduce operating cost and improve circuit throughput.- Plant operating improvements to maximise production.- Application of metallurgical troubleshooting techniques to reduce downtime and lost production.- Sample collection and detailed laboratory testing to improve reagent selection and dosage recommendations.- Investigation of future ore sources and water bodies for impact on processability and circuit performance, in particular in the beneficiation and thickening circuits.- Laboratory assessment of reagents for optimised tailings deposition, water recovery and solids consolidation.- Investigate economic impacts of reagent selection and associated process improvements- Close liaison with site technical teams to assist with process improvements and training.- Development of cost-benefit analysis of different reagent programs.
