  I am currently responsible for the end to end process within Demand planning. My experience with statistical forecasting spans over 15 years.I am responsible for the rollout and adoption of an AI Machine learning forecasting tool adopted at Mondelez within South Africa. Ensuring that the optimal forecast is reflected in our planning system. This will ensure little to no stock write offs aswell as having optimal stock cover at all times. Continuous collaboration with sales, marketing, finance and supply planning makes this possible. I ensure that I get a deep understanding of the brands I am working for. Continuous changes in the markets are considered to ensure that volumes always reflect true demand.
