      • Collaborated with a team of 15 engineers to launch the F-35 Canopy production program in the Texas facility. Laid the groundwork for full scale ramp up from R&D project to full production. • Subject expert on all sub-assembly and assembly processes involving adding ancillary items to the F-35 Canopy. Wrote SOPs and PM schedules to ensure proper specifications were met and followed based on Lockheed Martin approved measures. Participated in R&D trials involving process and chemical/material changes. • Applied 5S and Lean Six Sigma methods and practices to manufacturing cells to ensure current and future waste during ramp up would be kept to a minimum.
