The purpose is to develop existing ways of working, create and utilize business opportunities, which should lead to a better customer experience and an improved IKEA retail business. Leading the Selling team of 27 people, 8 direct reports with the purpose of developing business and exceeding goals in all IKEA touch points in Switzerland, as a Matrix partner for: 9 Retail Stores, Customer support center and Market CDC (focusing on top line, profitability (leading pricing), customer experience). Responsible for Food Business in all IKEA stores (9 stores in Switzerland) including supply chain, range development, pricing, customer experience and competence development Leading the store with 600 co-workers, 40 team leaders, 10 Senior managers to deliver excellent customer experience and exceeding set goals Leading Food Business in the biggest IKEA Store in Russia, Moscow, with the team of 167 co-workers.
