Oversee and direct the administration and operations for all five Championship Events for approximately 1,200 youth soccer teams and 20,000 youth soccer players, including team registrations, payments, scheduling, award presentations, and review. Annual review of organization, league and event specific rules, policy, and procedures. Analyze and recommend updates to existing rules, policies, and procedures following review of each league or event season, including proposals for improvements to existing or new programs. Implement a quarterly Referee Continuing Education Series in partnership with organization stakeholders to positively impact hundreds of USSF certified referees within South Texas. Facilitate organization interdepartmental relationship to host TOPSoccer Festivals (soccer programming for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities) at South Texas Youth Soccer Championships Events.
