  The Intermediate Department's main objectives include the cleansing, measuring and packaging of grafts that are to be transplanted. We are the last hands to touch the gifts Donors and Donor famalies give before the surgeon transplants them into recipients. As the supervisor, my goals and objectives are in line with supporting my Intermediate Team, and the Company with producing the very best possible grafts as outlined above while ensuring production demands are met.
