Prosecution and Litigation: Institute prosecutions in the Consumer Court, representing the interests of consumers in disputes with suppliers.2. Case Management: Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient progress tracking, and effective communication with stakeholders. 3. Investigation Support: Collaborate with investigators during the dispute resolution stage, providing guidance on evidence collection, witness statements, and other investigative procedures. 4. Court Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize court documents, including pleadings, motions, and notices, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures. 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with consumers, suppliers, investigators, and other stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and facilitate dispute resolution. 6. Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct research on consumer protection legislation, case law, and regulatory frameworks to inform prosecution strategies and ensure compliance. 7. Court Appearances: Represent the Consumer Protector in court, presenting cases, and advocating for consumer rights. Show less
