Reporting to the Consumer Protector, my primary responsibility is to institute prosecutions on behalf of consumers, ensuring that their interests are represented and protected.Key Responsibilities: 1. Prosecution and Litigation: Institute prosecutions in the Consumer Court, representing the interests of consumers in disputes with suppliers.2. Case Management: Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient progress tracking, and effective communication with stakeholders. 3.
