  * As a Fleet Manager, I have to hire the delivery partners according to order allocation and assisted in supporting the team to handle the critical case on a real-time basis.*Handholding new corners.*Handling more than 450 fleets.*Analysis of daily fleet behavior, *Working on different projects to increase the operational accuracy, monitor the defaulter, and take action accordingly.*Supervised the assigned localities in cities to maintain the ratio of delivery partners to the bulk of the order, login hours of the delivery partners for providing efficient service to customers*Controlling operation parameters like churn and resurrection.*At this level, I performed a significant role in the launching of Zomato in Porbandar city, Where I moulded the logistics department by recruiting delivery partners as well as providing sufficient training and information to them for their easy working with us., The Porbandar City has been recorded with the highest number of order completion on the second day of the launching as well as 126 delivery partners were onboarded which has also occupied the record of the top two cities.
