Managed a staff and was co-founder of the Workforce Disabilities Subcommittee in collaboration with partner agencies.Organized and managed the largest Assistive Technology lab in the city. Joined forces with the community at large to present the first Employer/Partner agency consortium held monthly.

Counsel individuals and groups on best strategies for employment opportunities and ADA accommodations. Analyze medical information and collaborate with medical professionals in identifying the strengths and capabilities of job seekers. Establish business contracts with local employers to match job seekers to the employers/business needs to sustain and enhance the employers business needs. Show less

  Businesses United for Inclusion, Leadership, and Diversity - BUILD (Formally United Businesses for Inclusion and Diversity - UBID) first official meeting took place on 5/23/13. We are a group of professionals, employer's and businesses, which include HR Managers from all levels of business and industry. BUILD has the capacity to provide professionals and experts on all matters dealing with Inclusivity and Diversity in Business when employing people with disabilities. Like Martin Luther King had a dream to make the world a better place. BUILD is responding to his message and carrying on the work started by our forefather.
