Key achievements: * Created a deeper awareness and active consideration of equality and diversity issues by instigating, designing and delivery of the Council’s Fairness for All programme* Extended Council’s engagement with ‘hard to hear’ groups to give them a greater voice in decision making* Designed and delivered equality and diversity training for Members, employees and partners* Increased performance and LGB employees engagement in the Stonewall’s Diversity Programme * Worked with Bournemouth and Poole college students to create a modern, diverse photo library for use in Council publicity.
