  The SW Pricer is part of Finance Center, while it is a functional support for sales team - resulting a combination of financial analyze knowledge and communication skills with sales team. By having authority to approve the pricing requests, gave the opportunity to improve the valuable decision making, being responsible on further consequences and working under pressure limited by time. The interaction with sales team, improved significantly the negotiation skills.Since March 2017, I was part of SW Transformation Project, which resulted a team size increase by 3 times. I designed the training for new SW Pricers, further being used for education of all new colleagues. By the end of the year I lead the education of 7 new team members and become Pricing leader for 6 people, being responsible for France, CEE, MEA markets.This role change came together with the relocation from Sofia back to Bratislava. Show less To become the first Education coordinator for Fiance Center Sofia, Bulgaria (~200 people, ~12 Managers) was an unique opportunity, as I the mission to establish a new job role in the center and having impact on entire local center employees. The role had various tasks in the projects portfolio, like following:* to organize the trainings* to plan the full year schedule/calendar* to create, collect and analyze the Feedback * to identify the new fields/skills of employees which requires improvement and to lead the building of new trainings* to improve the contain and materials of existing tranings* regular interaction with management team * to organize the projects designed for population of 2 centers (cca 1200 people, located in Sofia and Bratislava); e.g: Finance Education Week, On-boarding Education for Newcomers* to identify new potential skilled trainers and build for them the development program Trainer:Time Management (since 2014)On-Boarding Education for Newcomers (since 2014)Leadership Club for Team Leaders (since 2015) Show less Being the first full-time job after graduation, it was the first step into corporation environment - it introduced me to initial phase of team work, prepared for unpredictable situation and , flexible working time, following certain guide of rules and respecting strict deadlines.After 1.5 year I have been chosen to take part of a new Finance Center establishment (located in Sofia, Bulgaria), being the first Configured Hardware Pricer in the center. My mission was to train the new team members, by sharing the expertise, improving the pricing processing and coordinate the transfer. Show less
