Used pallet jack and hand truck as needed to transport merchandise between warehouse and sales floor. While on the sales floor helped answer customer's questions and helped locate items. Apply the role of cybersecurity throughout the entire system development lifecycle from inception until completion of project or effort. Incorporate analytical processes into the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems. Involved with Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) with all departments to include software, hardware, systems engineering, and logistics members to find the best possible solution based on the scope of effort. Align IT systems, plans, and/or strategies with organizational mission, goals, structure, and processes. Applied industry standards of Risk Management Framework (RMF) using applicable security controls for systems. Followed the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) mandates and guidelines on using System Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for the system and also Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) to perform vulnerability scans on the system and its residing network. Performed configuration management of all media pertaining data on system scans to include processes, standard operating procedures (SOP), reports, and analysis. Trained new onboard interns and communicated any concerns to supervisor and team leaders to improve processes.
