Leading a team of 15 personnel, assigning tasks, mentoring and handling escalations. Involved with vendors for Request for Quotes, Procurement and Delivery Validation and implementation of projects based on the agreed scope and requirements. To interact with Customer technical representatives (as well as internal groups Technical Designers and 3rd party vendors) to ensure that the requirements are understood and the delivered solution is as per the requirements. Ownership, creation and delivery of all project documentation for the detailed design, validation and support consistent with the established templates, or customized as required. To provide regular status reports and communication to all the stake holders Manage handover of projects including Operation readiness testing. Ensure that the Billing and Invoicing Management (BIM) Team are aware of the Service Request completion via Service Verification Notice. Track and report FTE hours (monthly and total from the Proposal) worked against the project and submit to BIM for invoicing. Obtain Customer Acceptance of service on completion and notify the SRM. Confirm Customer approval before any request implementation activity commences. Negotiate with customer on implementation timeframes and outage windows and provide that information to the vendors (GCI, CLAN, etc). Updating Audit documents and getting involved in Audit activities. Conducting Tech Mahindra Business Continuity Plan Drills and apprising the entire team at Noida and Pune about the backup plan if one of the location has a network failure or unable to operate due to some reason. Interviewing & Recruitment of manpower as per the requirement.
