      Jul 2015 - Sept 2015
      PE Teaching Assistant

For six weeks I worked in the PE Department at Bexleyheath Academy. This role involved me working closely with PE professionals and helped me understand and develop organisation and leadership skills on a daily basis. The role involved me working with a variety of different age groups and helped develop my leadership skills when I was required to take the lead over small groups to deliver parts of lessons; this also developed my communication skills as I had to learn to adapt my interactions with different age groups.
