  My responsibility included negotiating with the suppliers, designing rooftop farms for the urban people and personally monitoring the progress of these farms, making sure they remained productive. I worked alongside two other members and guided them to achieve our targets. I made projections and strategies for the company and shared them with the board members.

  I plan and coordinate the execution of agriculture projects in one of the marginalized communities of Nepal i.e. the Chepang community. My role consists of monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the projects to the partners and concerned stakeholders.

  My major responsibility was to assist 10 local governments under my area in Baglung to implement conditional grant programs provided by the federal and provincial government. I was also responsible to assist in making monthly and quarterly reports of the progress and present it to the DoA.
