  Working with the owners and directors to run all day to day functions for the delivery and management of all projects and company business plan requirements. Position includes undertaking tendering and business development, dealing with clients and surveyors to ensure needs are met, managing projects and budgets during the construction process, pricing variations, valuing works for interim payments, final account production and negotiation. Capabilities also include management reconciliation accounts, cash flow management, project programming, Labour and sub contractor account management, technical advice for my type of work in refurbishment. As the company is a small family run business there are no duties that I do not undertake. On a day to day basis I lead all decision making ability and problem solving to ensure clients are fully supported. Show less
