Following POs and check the supply plan with the projects. Sites visits and meetings with all the projects stakeholders to avoid any delays. Evaluation for the subcontractors.-Senior QS engineer, (General Authority For Investment & Free Zones) (aug 2010 –may 2012) QS Engineer for GAFI project cost 230 million, located at Nasr city. Responsible for QS for the entire work package for the site (Civil and Arch. Works). Monthly invoices with the owner after reviewing with the consultant. Weekly invoices for all the subcontractors at the site. Calculate the difference between the BOQ quantities and the actual quantities. Prepare the VOs items if required.
