      Instructor and Writer for the Army Logistics University Transportation Basic Officer Leader Course (TBOLC). Plans, directs and executes branch functional and tactical training on all facets of transportation related to the planning, operation, coordination, and evaluation of all operational modes. Provides mentorship to over 600 Army lieutenants, international military students, and Department of the Army Civilian interns on an annual basis. Duties include writing and presenting lesson plans; ensuring instructional materials are updated; coaching and mentoring; evaluating practical exercises; conducting field training exercises (FTX); and proctoring academic assessments. Areas of special emphasis include: Observer/Controller for the TBOLC capstone, Master Resiliency Trainer and Battalion Unit Prevention Leader.
