  Between 1994 and 2000, Orlando was at LifeScan, where he became VP of Operations, responsible for worldwide supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, procurement, worldwide manufacturing and company-wide six sigma implementation. He also held positions at LifeScan as Group Director of Operations and Plant Manager.
