      Formerly known as Merix and Viasystems, The 250,000-square-foot Forest Grove facility produces multi-layered PCBs that are used primarily in communications equipment, testing equipment, and military equipment.Facilities, Maintenance, and Security ManagerResponsible for supervising 25 maintenance technicians and 8 facilities technicians. I ensure optimal equipment operation for a 250,000-square-foot facility with multiple production lines and over 800 employees. I manage the security program which is staffed by a contracted security company. • Assigned tasks, administered training, and managed performance for equipment technicians and electricians.• Coordinated with production planning and operations departments to schedule preventative maintenance activities.• Managed a four-million-dollar parts inventory and coordinated with vendors to ensure limited unscheduled down-time of equipment.• Evaluated budget and equipment inventory to find options to reduce costs. • Evaluate safety and security concerns by performing audits of the security access points, cameras, fences, and computer management software.• Track and update security post orders as needed. Train onsite officers to the security standards.• Manage landscaping of site grounds through vendors and onsite technicians. • Partnered with Human Resources and outside agency to ensure compliance with LME Apprenticeship program.• Leader of the Total Predicative Maintenance project and a certified in TPM 9CI.• Meet with the city and other public utilities to ensure uninterrupted service and compliance with all regulations.• Plan, present, and oversee any building equipment moves or area updates.• Plan any major shutdown activities and how they may impact the plants ability to meet their deadlines.• Oversee the security team and emergency response teams.• Monitor ACU controls to maintain proper temperatures in the controlled room environments.
