In addition to these duties, I write staff reports, manage grants, publish requests for proposals, and draft contracts for City Council approval. Daily responsibilities include approving invoices, purchase orders, and timekeeping data. At the direction of the Chief of Police, I prepared a report that summarized a Department-wide climate survey and presented the findings to Police Supervisors (sworn personnel ranking Sergeant and above).
