      Providing account managers and clients with the benefits of connecting with Insight’s eProcurement tools by providing web support and local expertise to improve the clients experience. Specialising in full end to end eProcurement integration both directly into ERP systems or through a range of 3rd party tools including Ariba, Coupa and Science Warehouse among others. This is driven through close communication directly with the client and the account team, and the web development team if required.Responsible for the e-commerce sales percentage for a particular region and achieving progressive increases through working on a 121 basis with account managers to devise targeting strategies and engaging clients in Insights E-Procurement offering through online demonstrations or face to face meetings.Point of contact for salespeople and clients across EMEA, aiding and troubleshooting when ambiguous issues are sent through from clients and rectifying these where possible including flagging improvements and defects to the relevant team when required.Involvement in website change and re-launch testing, post deployment website validation as well as various roles in other large projects depending on the business’s needs.
