    • Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Nepal

      2004 - 2008
      Bachelor Pharmacy

Activities and Societies: Member of Nepal Pharmacy Students Society Member of Nepal Pharmacy Students Association For my undergraduate thesis, I evaluated the quality control parameters of 14 different brands of Metronidazole tablets available in the Nepalese market. These tablets, formulated either as single-drug preparations or in combination with Diloxanide, were assessed for compliance with various pharmacopeial standards. Quality control tests conducted included weight variation, hardness, friability, disintegration, and dissolution, all performed according to the respective pharmacopeial guidelines.

      2015 - 2020
      PhD Pharmacy

Activities and Societies: Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Korea (PSK) Member of the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (ASPET) in 2017-2018 Member of the Society of Nepalese Students in Korea (SONSIK) Coordinator of annual sports meet in 2019 organized by SONSIK I earned my MS PhD in Molecular Pharmacology under Dr. Pil-Hoon Park in South Korea. My research focused on uncovering novel mechanisms regulating cancer growth in breast and hepatic cancers through adipokines (Leptin and Adiponectin), with an emphasis on inflammasomes and autophagy, using in vitro and in vivo models. In collaboration with another group, I explored the enhanced therapeutic potential of 3D-cultured mesenchymal stem cells compared to 2D cultures in a mouse colitis model, with a… Show more I earned my MS PhD in Molecular Pharmacology under Dr. Pil-Hoon Park in South Korea.
