      LP4Y was created in 2009. The NGO creates and manages Life Project Centers (LPC), in order to assist in the social and professional integration of Young Adults (17 to 24 years old) living in extreme poverty and victims of exclusion. They are encouraged to join the Professional Training for Entrepreneurs and work on an economic micro-activity (generally referred to as a program), through which they can learn basic skills on business, communication, English and IT, while building their Life Project Plan and be ready, after 1 year, to integrate the professional world and find a decent and stable job. Main tasks:• Project management & coordination: budget, resources, logistics, organisation of events, communication;• Partnership development : integration, pedagogical, activity development and financial partners• Development of the micro-economic activities and tools, support for the coaches of the different programs;• Coaching and pedagogy: providing the youth with trainings on soft skills.
