  Working for the restauration of one of the oldest Mosques declared as cultural monument in Albania. As a site engineer, I followed up the project site activities and ensure that the restauration techniques were implemented correctly. I oversaw daily & weekly reporting as well as HSE issues.

  As a structural engineer and part of the design department of an energy industrial oriented company, we designed industrial buildings and equipment foundations. My tasks were to provide support in designs (drawings and calculation) as well as in construction by coming up with technical solutions. Therefore, I have been a project manager in some of our projects where I managed interfaces between client and contractor, assure sufficient manpower, did the monthly reporting and interim payment certificates. The project goals were successfully met within timeframe. Vis mindre As a site & HSE manager my main responsibilities were planning, following up and leading the site activities to ensure that works stayed safe and on schedule. I represented the contractor’s company which meant that time efficiency was very important. Manpower and materials to be supplied were also part of my tasks. In an electrical substation that is powered on, good organization is a must, as well as, HSE measures which I ensured that were done properly. I was the link between subcontractors and supervisors.
