  - Supervising and conducting the production engineering activities for oil wells stimulation and productivity condition improving e.g acid job, acid wash, nitrogen lift, ....- Analyzing diversity kinds of data e.g. production test, pressure test survey (build-up, static, flowing) using Metrowin. Monitoring ESP daily condition report to predict or/and improve the production ability of wells and designing some plans to get reach the targets compatible with company production policies and based on comparing predicted vs. actual rates, water cuts, GORs and pressures. Use these to identify possible problems or bottlenecks and advise some practical solutions.- Observing the daily well's inspection report and make needed activities to maintain the wells productivity on the best efficiency point.- Recording the production data and preparing back allocation for each well, keep the database update and perform medium/long term decline analysis and forecasting. - Performing the calculation and criteria analysis of pipeline design and selection using appropriate software and calculator besides of design and advise using correct flow meter equipment and calibrating transmitters.- Selection and recommending for improving the pump performance especially focused on centrifugal ones, design and order brand new pumps according to projects needs and their future horizons getting help of performance curve and related softwares.- Making PFD and P&ID drawings and doing corrections and get updating the drawings to be as-built versions. Show less - Supervising board men & power technicians for controlling all units (separation, crude oil stripping, exporting), processes and utilities, gas turbo generators… and conducting them in necessary situations to control the process.- Reporting the mechanical and rotary equipment conditions to OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) for maintenance planning.- Monitoring oil production rates and reporting to OIM and OFM (Offshore Field Manager) daily.- Analysing of oil wells status, documentation of laboratory results and preparing the comparison charts, BS&W and GOR trends, monitoring and preparing the analytic graphs and reports for OIM and OFM.- Planning for daily and weekly visits of satellite wells by well service guys and maintenance programs if it is necessary.- Supervising on permits issuing, morning HSE meetings and coordinates the sections for site-preparing activities before maintenance jobs.- Observing and training the site men to prepare them for unexpected shut-down conditions and routine hourly/daily operational duties.- Preparing the daily reports mainly included the production rate, rotary and mechanical equipment condition, PMR progress... for installation & field manager.In 2011 we had involved to some challenges in BAHREGANSAR offshore complex due to BS&W and sand production mainly lead to export booster pumps failure. After some investigations and days discussion with co-workers in the plant, we decided acting in two different ways:- Reducing the source of casualty that involved separation more brine in three-phase separators. Besides of operational improvements, redesign the separator internal focused on weir had considered. Neccessary calculations and maintenance hard workings made it successful. - Injection a kind of chemical to inhibit producing scales in pumps' casing and therefore their failure. Some kind of sea water scale inhibitor with specified dozen selected.Now our novel method works very well and the problem already disappears. Show less - Membership in pre-commissioning and commissioning team for starting up the new installation facilities (OSBL) included three phase separators, bubble cap tray stripper columns, gas turbo generators (GTG), fuel gas compressors, export booster pumps, RO water maker plant …. - As a CRO, controlling and monitoring all systems and units, process, utilities, power plant (gas turbines), HVAC, and solving any proccess problems happened during production and starting up again the plant after its probable shut-downs. - Daily controlling the productive wells status in cooperation with outside operator and well service guys and report it to shift controllers (production heads), - Monthly wells’ test to determine their productivity status and phases' condition.
