  Installation, operation, and maintenance sulfuric acid plant and power generation.Install of piping ,flange,valves,gasket,and instrument according to isometric and P&IDInstall of all Rotating equipment such as pumps,blower,spining cup,cooling fans, agitator and steam turbines with vendor of the equipment according to manual.Install static equpiment such as boiler,econmizer,converter,cooling tower,superheater, and steam drum.Do precommissioning for rotating equipment 1-for pump : first test the Base plate straight or not,second do soft foot, run out, prealignment, final alignment by dial indicator, solorun for motor only, install coupling and operate a machine then take viberation reading for 4 hours.2- steam turbine and blower : check clearance between the impeller and cassing then check and operate lube oil , install bearing, do alignment by laser, install coupling then operate machine by low velocity.for maintenance 1- grease the motor, packing, change packing, change mechanical seal, and change bearing2- put oil on bearing of the pump according to its manual For piping : flushing pipe from dust, rust test pressure on pipe and test on welding of pipe Show less
