  Hosts peer support sessions for the Pharmacotherapeutics course of 174 students. Lectures, quizzes, and creates weekly review material with the intent of helping students achieve academic success in one of the most historically difficult courses in the program. Personally oversaw the development of 10 first-semester nursing students. Facilitated the adjustment from undergrad to professional schooling via mentorship. Provided students with study material, campus guides, and professional development opportunities for their success. Met weekly and hosted social events monthly.
