Stevi belief that learning is the key to the progress of world civilization, and will be very powerful if it is applied and can meet the needs of the organisation.Key Intervention:- Analyze the needs of learning and development of employee, by doing interview and assessment.- Design and planning the proper module base on the employee needs, by asking their daily task and real cases they faced on the field. Then put them altogether in course design to inform to the stake holders- Develop training module using Gagne's 9 level of learning, start with pre-reading/e-learning module, face to face training, coaching/mentoring and evaluation.- Implement training, coaching, and mentoring session.- Evaluate the learning cycle by giving a case or assignment that align with the learning objective.Out of scope:- Collaborate with stake holders to determine the appropriate real case study.- Collaborate with team in scheduling training, informing the participant and participant enrolment.Through ADDIE model(above), Stevi can create great learning cycle that give impact to employee performance.
