  I led the HR operations throughout the North and South America divisions, including supporting 200 employees across 3 office locations with an operating budget of $600K. I served as a strategic adviser to all levels of the organization and was a key contributor to workforce planning and a large-scale business reorganization effort. ➮ Worked directly with the CEO to rebuild the Texas branch and hired a new executive leadership team, as well as technicians. ➮ Implemented an HR management system for a network of 1,200 employees spanning 8 offices worldwide.
